Wakabayashi

Wakabayashi (若林) is one of many characters only appearing in a single chapter. He lives in the same row house as the Goshimas in chapter 13, and presumably was moved there for the same reason as they were; his house was destroyed in a hurricane. He is one of the many characters who were cut from the movie.
