A Fallen Star

In the future, humanity builds a satellite called “the Mother” that contains all human knowledge and technology. But a war soon begins between the Empire and the Republic over control of it. One side uses AI robots, and the other uses human agents augmented with “Gaia,” a bioweapon. Reid, a top Gaia warrior, becomes a legend during the war but is reassigned to guard Spia, Speaker 52 of the Mother, after the war ends.
