A Little Snow Fairy Sugar

シュガー

Sugar (シュガー) is a female snow fairy apprentice working to learn how to be a full fledged season fairy like her beloved mother. Hailing from the fairy world, she comes to the human world for the final part of her training which requires her to find a so-called "Twinkle". Sugar acts much like a toddler with a clumsy nature who often tries her best at things, but messes up because she doesn't always think things through. She loves to kiss people and even inanimate objects when she's happy. The one who is most flustered by this is Salt.

フィル

Phil (フィル, Firu) is a supporting cast member in the series, and Saga's classmate. He and his two friends (lanky Jan and stout Alan) are (often unsuccessful) inventors who try to enlist Saga, Anne, and Norma's help with their latest projects on frequent basis. Like most of the supporting cast, his involvement in the series remains consistent throughout the entirety of the story and even becomes moreso in the climax, both in the anime and the manga adaption. He also has an episode highlighting on his character, shared with Salt. It is speculated that there is a love interest between Phil and Saga.

ターメリック

Turmeric (ターメリック, Tāmerikku) is an adult Cloud Fairy whose musical instrument is the cello. He is a kind, thoughtful, and subdued fairy who has dedicated himself to his work with creating clouds. He is an artist at heart, constantly striving to perfect his clouds. In the manga adaption, he has also been shown painting on a canvas.

A laid back and kind man who is also known as the Bear Pianist for the Hammond Theater Troupe. Saga was requested by him to play the piano as a replacement for him once. While he seems strangely clumsy and absent-minded, he is a well-meaning person with a passion for enjoying life regardless of whatever tough circumstances it may throw at him.
