Yamada has a goal when she enters High School. She wants to make 100 sex friends, but she's got one small problem: she's a virgin! Afraid of being rejected or ridiculed by hot guys, she decides that in order for her to reach her goal she first has to lose her virginity. While in a bookstore looking for a new dictionary she bumps into Kosuda, a very average boy, and decides he's the perfect candidate to get the job done.
Will Yamada succeed in getting Kosuda to bed, or will something more bloom from the not so innocent start to their relationship?

MAINYamada is a school girl attracted to sex and wants to have 100 sex partners before the next year. She finally fell madly in love with Kosuda Takashi whom she will try to seduce several times but without success. When her best friend Miharu begins to question her about their relationship , she refuses to admit it and seeks pretexts to include him in her fantasies. She becomes overly jealous whenever other girls interact with him. Despite living at home with her younger sister, Yamada is unashamed in her licentious habits. She is an excellent student, although that is partly attributed to her ability to read and memorize articles about sex.

MAINTakashi Kosuda (小須田 崇 Kosuda Takashi)is the primary love interest of Yamada, who was using him as her stepping stone to realizing her goal of having 100 sex partners, by taking advantage of his virginity. Despite being plain-looking and characterized as inept, sheepish and indecisive, he is kind-hearted and considerate and tries to look out for Yamada whenever he could. He is also very scared of women. He is the deuteragonist of the series.

SUPPORTINGMiharu Takeshita (竹下 美春 Takeshita Miharu) is the best friend and classmate of Yamada. Despite her friend's prurient interests, Miharu tries her best to be of help even going so far as to invite Takashi Kosuda on a double date at the water park. At times she is the subject of Yamada's envy due to her busts of which earned her moniker "F-shita" as a reference to her cup size. She also has a boyfriend whom she rarely talks about because of Yamada and her lewdness.
