__Height:__ 173 cm (5'8"), Devil Form - 180 cm (5'11") Denji is Chainsaw Man's Human Form. He became Chainsaw Man after his dead body was resurrected by his pet dog, [Pochita](https://anilist.co/character/170266/Pochita). He is a Public Safety Devil Hunter who works under [Makima](https://anilist.co/character/137080/Makima) as a member of an experimental squad in Special Tokyo Division 4. He works alongside his partner [Power](https://anilist.co/character/137079/Power) and under the supervision of [Aki Hayakawa](https://anilist.co/character/137081/Aki-Hayakawa). Denji's personality is both brash and naive as a result of being unable to have a formal education and socialize due to living in severe poverty. He comes off as rude and harsh, yet in an almost childish way. He doesn't know how to be clever or wise but he knows how to lighten the mood. As the Chainsaw Devil, he has the ability to grow chainsaws out of his body.

She is a Public Safety Devil Hunter who works (against her will) under [Makima](https://anilist.co/character/137080/Makima) as a member of an experimental squad in Tokyo Special Division 4. She works alongside her partner [Denji](https://anilist.co/character/130102/Denji), and under supervision by [Aki Hayakawa](https://anilist.co/character/137081/Aki-Hayakawa). Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. She tends to fights if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory and has no problems in running away from a fight where she is outmatched. She also feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a fiend. She has no loyalty to humanity, openly admitting that she will join the winning side. Power is often rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. She self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much. As the Blood Fiend, she has the power to freely manipulate the blood within her own body.

Aki Hayakawa generally appears to be a very stoic person. He acts mature and dependable when he's with his fellow Devil hunters but is actually very soft when he is alone. He has a tendency to get attached to others easily, and hates to see people get hurt, especially his close friends. Aki's primary goal and reasoning for becoming a Devil Hunter is to kill the [Gun Devil](https://anilist.co/character/208942/Juu-no-Akuma) to get revenge for his family. ~!He later loses his contract with the Fox Devil and gains a new contract with the Future Devil!~

She is partnered with [Aki Hayakawa](https://anilist.co/character/137081/Aki-Hayakawa), whom she shares a close personal bond with. Himeno is shown to be a mature and experienced superior to the new recruits working under her. She generally carries herself with an upbeat body language and is capable of staying calm under extremely stressful situations. Himeno is very efficient and blunt in her duty as a Devil Hunter. Himeno is also shown to be a rather caring and empathetic person, however she does have a sterner side and little tolerance for behavior from new recruits that would endanger or harm her subordinates. Himeno holds an extremely pessimistic worldview as a result of having witnessed multiple partners die suddenly in her line of work. Her knowledge that Devil Hunters typically die as a result of their career combined with the teachings of her [master](https://anilist.co/character/144593/Kishibe) eventually lead to her developing a nicotine addiction as a coping mechanism. She also tends to acts extremely aloof and sexual, enjoying a hedonistic lifestyle. However, similarly to her smoking addiction, her hedonistic ways are not used as pleasure, but rather as another defense mechanism.

岸辺

Kishibe (岸 (きし) 辺 (べ) , Kishibe) is a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division 1, but after the assault on the Special Divisions, he became captain of the Tokyo Special Division 4. He serves as a supporting character in the Public Safety Saga.

She is one of the leading figures of Public Safety in Japan and has a considerable reputation among experienced Devil Hunters.
