Denji's personality is both brash and naive as a result of being unable to have a formal education and socialize due to living in severe poverty. He comes off as rude and harsh, yet in an almost childish way. He doesn't know how to be clever or wise but he knows how to lighten the mood. As the Chainsaw Devil, he has the ability to grow chainsaws out of his body.

She works alongside her partner [Denji](https://anilist.co/character/130102/Denji), and under supervision by [Aki Hayakawa](https://anilist.co/character/137081/Aki-Hayakawa). Power is childish, greedy, and almost entirely self-motivated. She tends to fights if she has something to gain and is certain of her victory and has no problems in running away from a fight where she is outmatched. She also feels the need to boast her superiority over her fellow Devil Hunters due to her status as a fiend. She has no loyalty to humanity, openly admitting that she will join the winning side. Power is often rude, unkempt, and feels as though those around her should clean up after her. She self-admittedly rarely bathes or flushes the toilet and sees humans as being sensitive for caring about their hygiene so much. As the Blood Fiend, she has the power to freely manipulate the blood within her own body.

Aki Hayakawa generally appears to be a very stoic person. He acts mature and dependable when he's with his fellow Devil hunters but is actually very soft when he is alone. He has a tendency to get attached to others easily, and hates to see people get hurt, especially his close friends. Reze is a young girl who met [Denji](https://anilist.co/character/130102/Denji) in a phone cabin. She works at a local café and is a kind and gentle girl who seems to have a crush on Denji soon after meeting him. She laughs at his jokes and isn't afraid to get close to and intimate with him. ~!‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌She is secretly the Bomb Devil hybrid, owned by the Soviet Union and allied to the Gun Devil. Her true personality is manipulative and brutal, as she is shown killing many Devil Hunters without care or mercy. She does, however, not enjoy killing and prefers to avoid it, unless necessary for her mission. Her objective is to retrieve the Chainsaw Heart from Denji, but the feelings she developed for him quickly made things more complicated.!~

__Height:__ 155 cm Angel Devil is a devil who embodies the fear of angels, and a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Special Division 4. The Angel Devil is a unique case among devils having virtually no hostility towards humans. He dislikes being ordered around and doesn't seem inclined towards combat. His extreme laziness holds him back from being a strong fighter and he often refuses to work, even claiming to prefer dying to working.

Himeno is shown to be a mature and experienced superior to the new recruits working under her. She generally carries herself with an upbeat body language and is capable of staying calm under extremely stressful situations. Himeno is very efficient and blunt in her duty as a Devil Hunter. Himeno is also shown to be a rather caring and empathetic person, however she does have a sterner side and little tolerance for behavior from new recruits that would endanger or harm her subordinates. Himeno holds an extremely pessimistic worldview as a result of having witnessed multiple partners die suddenly in her line of work. She also tends to acts extremely aloof and sexual, enjoying a hedonistic lifestyle. Yoshida always has a smile on his face, he is seen to be quite playful and mischievous but can also be ruthless.
