高尾部長

Takao is a fair-skinned girl with thick waist-length light-brown hair that is tied into a braid with bangs parted in the middle (like most anime characters, Takao has bangs and locks of hair framing her face) while she wears a red headband underneath her hair and large breasts, which gives her difficulty in closing her tracksuit's zipper whenever she wears it and they bounce a lot due to their size.

柴崎芦花

Roka Shibasaki (柴崎 芦花 Shibasaki Roka) is a second year student at Fujou High, the President of the Fake Game Creation (Temp), the older daughter of Ms. Shibasaki, the older sister of Tsutsuji Shibasaki and the childhood friend of Chitose Karasuyama.

風間堅次

Kenji Kazama is a second year at Fujou High who is also an 'infamous' delinquent at the same school. He has his own gang that is called Kazama Party and unlike the other members of his gang, he possesses no special or remarkable traits other than his hard spiky hair and his straight man ability. The goal of his gang is to rule the school someday with his fists or rather their fists. In addition, he is a member of Game Creation Club (Temp) which he was forced into joining by its members.

水上桜

Sakura Mizukami (水上 桜 Mizukami Sakura) is one of the main characters in D-Frag! She is in her first year at Fujou High and is a member of the Game Creation Club (Temp).

烏山千歳

Chitose Karasuyama (烏山 千歳 Karasuyama Chitose) is a second-year, the 15th President of the Student Council whose authority is so great even the teachers fear her, the best friend of Roka Shibasaki, the younger sister of Chitose's Older Sister and the rival of Tama Sakai.

境多摩

Tama Sakai (境 多摩 Sakai Tama) is a third year student at Fujou High and the previous student council president. Along with Azuma Matsubara and Shinsen (Tama's childhood friends), she was a member of the student council during her second year before passing her role to Chitose Karasuyama, whom she also knew as a child as well.

風間之江

Noe Kazama (風間 之江 Kazama Noe) is the daughter of Kenichi Kazama and Kiku Kazama and the younger sister of Kenji Kazama who is a first year at Fujou High.

横縞

He is a second year at Fujou High. He is also part of the Kazama's Party, a delinquent group leader by Kenji Kazama who plans to rule the world someday with his fists. He is friends with Kenji Kazama, Ataru Kawahara and Hiroshi Nagayama.

拝島

A student at Fujou High who is also a member of the Band of 14 devils gang that was confronted by the Kazama Party. Kenji Kazama alone beat 5 out of 14 of the members but was then captured by them and later both the members of the Game Creation Club (Temp) and Takao showed up to rescue him and succeeded.
