Chiffon Fairchild

Chiffon Aoi (b. 2022 - d. 2065), better known by her alias, Chiffon Fairchild, was a third-year student at West Genetics, as well as the former Student Council President of West Genetics Academy. She was ranked 1st among all West Genetics third-year students, as well as being one of the world's five top-ranking Pandora, ranking at #1, before her death at the climax of the 11th Nova Clash. She is Maria Lancelot and Gengo Aoi's daughter and Kazuha, Kazuya, and Arcadia's aunt.

Ticy Phenyl

Ticy Phenyl is a third-year student at West Genetics. She was formerly ranked 3rd among all West Genetics third-year students and now is now ranked 1st due to Chiffon Fairchild's passing as well as Elizabeth Mably's temporary retirement from active-duty. Ticy is currently West Genetics' Student Council President, though she hopes to pass the position to Elizabeth at some point.

Miyabi Kannazuki

Ranked fifteenth in her class, she's better known as a seductress who desires to have the youngest and most handsome Limiters at West Genetics. As a Pandora, she has three Limiters under her service. While she calls herself the Liberator of Virtue (貞操の解放者 Teisō no Kaihōsha), she is derogatorily known as The Limiter Glutton (新入りリミッター喰い Shin'iri Rimittā Kui) for seducing Limiters then taking back her Stigmatas given to them when she's tired of them.

Sister Margaret

シスター・マーガレット

Sister Margaret Lindman is the Headmistress of West Genetics and a 1st Generation Genetics Pandora. Following the 13th Nova Clash, Margaret joins Gengo Aoi in his rebellion against the Chevalier.

Aureriel Fairchild

According to Aureriel, the Fairchild family was once large and financially powerful, before they were destroyed after opposing the L. Bridget Family. In 2023, Aureriel was a popular singer in a restaurant, and was admired for her beauty and singing talent. She appeared to be terminally ill, as she was seen coughing up blood.

Susan Miller

Susan was the ninth-ranked first year after the 2063 Spring Carnival. Though after she was completely destroyed in the following Carnival, her current status is unknown.

Felice Mojave

Felice was an unknown-ranked first year. Through out most of her first year, she bullied Ticy Phenyl due to the latter having zero points in the 2063 Spring Carnival. After she was defeated by Chiffon Fairchild in the following Carnival, her current status is unknown.

Shio was the eleventh-ranked first year after the 2063 Spring Carnival. Though after she was completely destroyed in the following Carnival, her current status is unknown.
