サテライザー・エル・ブリジット

Satellizer L. Bridget (b.October 1, 2048) (Pandora s/n: GR230), formerly known as Satellizer Alongrutch, is the main heroine of Freezing. She is a second-year student at West Genetics and a highly skilled Pandora who is known as the Untouchable Queen (接觸禁止の女王Sesshokukinshi no Jo Ō ) for her ruthlessness in combat. Many students were afraid of her in the beginning because she seemed violent and cold. However, it is revealed through the series' progression that she was actually quite a shy, sensitive and introverted girl who had a traumatic childhood that led her develop aphephobia, a fear of being touched.

アオイ・カズヤ

Kazuya Aoi (b. April 3, 2050) is the main protagonist of the Freezing series. He is the younger brother of the late Pandora, Kazuha Aoi and grandson of renowned scientist, Gengo Aoi. He is a Limiter enrolled at West Genetics Academy and is unofficially partnered with Satellizer L. Bridget.

ガネッサ・ローランド

Ganessa Roland is a second-year student at West Genetics. She is the oldest daughter of the Roland Family, and is the #1 ranked Pandora in her class.

アオイ・カズハ

Kazuha Aoi (b. 2043 – d. 2061) was the older sister of Kazuya Aoi and Arcadia Aoi, daughter of Orie and Ryuuichi Aoi, granddaughter of Gengo Aoi, and the heroine of the 8th Nova Clash. She was also the older cousin of Ouka Tenjouin, who is better known currently as Ouka Honda of the Valkyries.

カサンドラ

Cassandra Aoi is a Legendary Pandora, one of the five Sisters of Lab 13. She is the daughter of Gengo Aoi and Maria Lancelot, the aunt of Kazuha Aoi and Kazuya Aoi and the mother of Arcadia Aoi.

イ・スナ

Su-Na Lee is a Pandora and a captain in Gengo Aoi's rebel army. She was formerly the strongest active-duty soldier of the Chevalier. Following the 11th Nova Clash, she is appointed leader of the new Anti-Nova strike-force: Platoon 13.

バイオレット・エル・ブリジット

Violet is the eldest sibling of the L. Bridget family and the older half-sister of Satellizer L. Bridget. Unlike the rest of her family, Violet treated Satellizer and her mother with respect and cared about her younger half-sister. She was unaware of Satellizer's abuse from Louis L. Bridget until later on and moved her away once she found out the truth. She now runs multiple hotels across the globe with one resort being in Bali.

According to Aureriel, the Fairchild family was once large and financially powerful, before they were destroyed after opposing the L. Bridget Family. In 2023, Aureriel was a popular singer in a restaurant, and was admired for her beauty and singing talent. She appeared to be terminally ill, as she was seen coughing up blood.

Dr. Gengo Aoi (b. 1992) is the grandfather of Kazuya Aoi, Kazuha Aoi, and Arcadia Aoi. He was the chief scientist of the Chevalier until he launched a coup d'etat in order to overthrow his former associates. He is considered the world's top Nova expert and is an undisputed authority on Pandora.
