MAINTetsuya Niwa (丹羽 哲也 Niwa Tetsuya) is the president of the student council in Gakuen Heaven. He excels in almost everything, from academics to sports and extracurricular activities to the extent that he is known as the "King" at the academy. He regularly neglects his duties leaving them to the very last minute. He also has a tendency to call Kaoru Saionji, "Kaoru-chan," which results in the latter hurting him. He has an aversion to cats.

SUPPORTINGJin Matsuoka (松岡 迅 Matsuoka Jin) is the school nurse of Bell Liberty and the mentor/former tutor of Kazuki Endō who are very close. It is revealed in later episodes that he attended Bell Liberty himself with Hiroya Yoshizumi (Jin's friend) to whom he was very close. He has a dark secret, and he will go to any means to fulfil his own agenda such as kidnapping Keita Itō, who contracted the same virus as Hiroya.
