Miyu Yamazaki is one of the main characters of Gals! and Super Gals!. She is a young gal and best friend to Ran Kotobuki. An ex-gang leader, Miyu has made a remarkable turn around and now is a kind citizen and friend.

Aya Hoshino (星野 綾 Hoshino Aya) is the tritagonist in Gals!. She is one of the top student in Hounan High School who became friends with Ran Kotobuki after she saved her from a dark side and Aya is now a loyal Gal to her best friends.

Rei Otohata is one of the main characters in the Gals! universe. Rei was voted the #1 High School student, meaning he is considered the coolest and best looking teenager in the area.

本多マミ

Mami Honda is a supporting character in Gals! and Super Gals!, she's the rival to Shibuya's Ran Kotobuki. Her best friend is Harue Kudou and is charge of Ikebukuro. She lives a double life between being a gal and coming from a wealthy family (episode 20 from the anime).

Tatsuki Kuroi is one of the main characters of Gals! and Super Gals! He is the self-proclaimed "Parapara king of Machida" and Ran's wacky boyfriend.

Sayo Kotobuki is a supporting character in Gals! and Super Gals!. She is Yamato Kotobuki and Ran Kotobuki's younger sister, she wants to grow up to be a cop much like her parents. She is currently dating Masato Iwai, where they play Junior Detectives from time to time.
