Kodocha: Sana's Stage

倉田紗南

Sana Kurata (倉田紗南, Kurata Sana) is the main character of Kodocha series. She is a child actress who stars on the hit TV show Kodocha (Child's Toy) and is 11 years old at the beginning of the manga and anime. Her birthday is on March 7. In the start of the series, she moved class, but this class was overrun by delinquents. Her teacher (Miss Mitsuya) couldn't do anything about it because their leader, Akito Hayama, blackmailed the teacher with a photo of her kissing her boyfriend, so she tries to do the same but finds out there's more to Akito that meets the eye.

羽山秋人

Akito is said to be a handsome kid in both manga and anime with long dirty blonde hair that has fringes slightly parted to his left, eyes that are carefree looking almost to the point of looking sleepy, but, despite that, he has been said to look quite intimidating, and this might be because of his emotionless look. As a trademark he almost always has something blue on him, whether it's a blue shirt or his blue earphones.

倉田実紗子

Misako is a woman in her late twenties to early thirties with dark brown hair that is often tied in a bun with a wacky hat or hair style resting on the top of her head and golden-brown eyes.

相模玲

Rei is a handsome young man with neat and tidy brown hair that is jelled on the right side, golden-brown eyes (as fully shown in Episode 8) that are usually covered by thick black sunglasses (which he is usually never seen without) and he has a bland look on his face.

Naozumi is of mixed nationalities shown by his gray hair and blue eyes. When he was a child he had quite long hair, leading Sana to mistake him for a girl upon their first meeting.

松井風花

He is shown to be quite skinny at the start of the series, but gains more weight as the series progresses. He has tidy Black hair and have three strand of hair parted to his right. At work he wears a blue suit with grey tie, but at home often wears a grey kimono.

五味真一

At first, he is simply another one of Hayama's lapdogs, but he develops his own interests when he feels Hayama is becoming too soft. Declaring himself leader of the boys in Class 6, he attempts to restart fighting between the girls and boys when Hayama loses interest. Hayama wants to fight him, but Sana, deploring violence, only allows Hayama to throw one punch, enough to put him back in line.

After having met with her half-sister, Sana had intended on not seeing her again, saying she didn't feel a familial bond. Mariko one day wanders off from her parents in search of her when hearing she is shooting nearby. She doesn't get to meet her again, but does spend much of the day with Zenjiro, whom she annoys greatly. Despite her being a pest to him, he searches for her parents in his car, who upon finding them, attack him thinking he is her kidnapper. When the misconception is cleared, Zenjiro is relived to give her away, but she is less mean to her.

Koharu Hayama (羽山 小春, Hayama Koharu) was the wife of Fuyuki Hayama and the mother of Natsumi Hayama and Akito Hayama who died after giving birth to her son.
