Miharu Sena Kanaka is the deuteragonist from the Girls Bravo manga and anime series and one of the series' central characters. She has a form of the Star Mark on her forehead.

Kirie Kojima

小島桐絵

Kirie Kojima (小島 桐絵 Kojima Kirie) is the tritagonist as well as one of the major characters in the anime and manga series Girls Bravo. She is the next-door neighbor, classmate and childhood best friend of Yukinari Sasaki. In the anime, she is the love interest of Kosame.

Yukinari Sasaki

Yukinari Sasaki (佐々木 雪成 Sasaki Yukinari), nicknamed Puninari by Kazuharu Fukuyama, is the protagonist as well as one of the major characters in the manga and anime series Girls Bravo. He is also the only recurring male character apart from Kazuharu Fukuyama.

Koyomi Hare Nanaka

Koyomi Hare Nanaka (コヨミ·ハレ·ナナカ) is a resident of Seiren who suffers a paralyzing fear of men, in which her phobia is only made worse by being one of Kazuharu Fukuyama's favorite targets; in the manga, this results in her keeping a diary of the many times he's accosted her. Originally sent to Earth on a mission from the Space Travel Agency to 'retrieve' Miharu Sena Kanaka, she later moves into Yukinari Sasaki's house on a prolonged mission to find a husband for Maharu Sena Kanaka, Miharu's sister. Of course, her male phobia makes the act of even talking to a man nearly impossible. In the anime, Koyomi is also searching for her long-lost Father, a man who came from Earth, whom she later reunites with at the series' end. Koyomi's favorite pastime is reading, and she has a natural talent for table tennis. In the anime she's even won the Seiren tournament five years in a row. Koyomi's mother possessed a Seikon mark like Miharu, and Koyomi herself possesses a dormant form of Seikon, which allowed her to create a portal to Seiren after Miharu was kidnapped in the anime. Koyomi in the anime also adopts a large python as a pet after being tricked into wearing it over herself during Fukuyama's Cosplay Mahjong game, which is ironic considering her fear of men, and snakes being a Phallic Symbol.

Kazuharu Fukuyama (福山 和春 Fukuyama Kazuharu), referred by almost all the characters simply as Fukuyama, is a character in the anime and manga series Girls Bravo. He is one of the series' major characters and commonly acts as a de facto antagonist, following from several episodes that involves Yukinari Sasaki, Miharu Sena Kanaka, Kirie Kojima and Koyomi Hare Nanaka trying to overcome the schemes that Fukuyama sets up so as to get something out of them (most commonly sexual favor from Kirie).

Lilica Stacy

Lilica Stacy (梨々花·ステイジー Suteijī Ririka) is the chief maid of Kazuharu Fukuyama who took on Mamoru Machida as an apprentice after being impressed by his desire to protect the world from grime and dirt in the anime.

Kosame

小雨

Kosame (小雨) is one of Lisa Fukuyama's bodyguards who works alongside Hayate. She has a supporting role in the series, commonly assisting the young Lisa in several of her plots, though more often in assisting in her brother's plots. Kosame's main role is her love for Kirie. Kosame is a professional hitwoman who is trained in several forms of martial arts as well as in marksmanship. In fact, Kosame stands as one of the very few who could actually best Katie in fair combat and this made the latter somewhat fearful of her.

Tomoka Lana Jude

トモカ·ラナ·ジュード

Tomoka Lana Jude (トモカ·ラナ·ジュード, Tomoka Rana Jūdo) is a resident of Seiren who was sent to aid Koyomi Hare Nanaka in finding Maharu Sena Kanaka a groom after Koyomi's less than productive efforts. She vehemently opposes being treated like a child, but in actuality, she acts just like a kid often referring herself to the first person. Her comments sound mature and her digs often stun people into silence. Wielding a magic wand. Unlike the other female characters, she gets along fairly well with Fukuyama (presumably because she's too young for him to have any sexual interest in), whom she refers to as "big brother," and the two occasionally team up to obtain some mutual objective. In the anime, Tomoka frequently uses Ebi as a makeshift club for hitting almost anything and anyone. Tomoka can also use transformation magic, and in the anime becomes friends with Lisa after conceding defeat in a magical duel. She is also obsessed with Poyon, her favorite TV show character. Because she's a child, Tomoka is able to have contact with Yukinari Sasaki without triggering his female allergy. She also looks up to Kirie Kojima as a "big-sister" ("onee-chan" in the original dub). For example, she follows Kirie's example of drop-kicking Fukuyama right in the face but won't follow her example in other areas as she said, "Not everyone is so get used to flashing her butt as Kojima Onee-asan". In the manga, Tomoka is later revealed to be a genius capable of instantly answering a complex math equation from a college entrance exam, due to her being a child she can't understand why everyone is so attracted to Kojima to the point of even harassing her sexually and try to figure out the secret of her naming Kirie Kojima pheromones "exposed pheromones".

Hayate

Hayate (疾風) is one of Lisa Fukuyama’s attendants. While he only makes a handful of appearances in the manga, Hayate forms a strong rivalry/friendship with Tomoka Lana Jude as the two occasionally battle one another in friendly duels in the anime.
