月宮あゆ

Ayu Tsukimiya (月宮 あゆ, Tsukimiya Ayu) is a teenage girl with a childlike appearance, who remembers Yuichi Aizawa after she bumps into him while running from a taiyaki vendor. She had met Yuichi seven years prior and she might be able to shed some light on his memory loss.

沢渡真琴

Makoto Sawatari (沢渡 真琴, Sawatari Makoto) is a mysterious young woman who only remembers that she has a grudge against Yuichi Aizawa related to events that occurred seven years prior to his return.

川澄舞

Mai Kawasumi (川澄 舞, Kawasumi Mai) is a third-year high school student with mysterious powers to bring things back to life and to heal injuries. These powers scare people away, so it prevents her from making friends. When she met Yuichi Aizawa, he wasn't scared of her powers and they played together.

水瀬名雪

Nayuki Minase (水瀬 名雪, Minase Nayuki) is the daughter of Akiko Minase and the cousin of Yuichi Aizawa whom he hasn't seen for seven years prior to the events of Kanon.

美坂栞

Shiori Misaka (美坂 栞, Misaka Shiori) is a first-year high school student and the younger sister of Kaori Misaka who has suffered from an illness since birth, which has caused her to become very physically weak and she is almost always absent from school because of it.

相沢祐一

Yuichi is a young man with a light complexion, hazel eyes and short, brown hair. He has a slim build and an average height. He usually wears a dark green jacket with a light beige turtleneck sweater. His school uniform consists of a blue jacket with a white sweater underneath. He wears dark grey pants with a tartan pattern and brown shoes. As a child, he is seen wearing a light brown coat, light blue jeans and brown shoes.

水瀬秋子

Akiko is a light-skinned young woman with purple-tinged blue hair that she keeps hers in a long braid, which she usually places over her right shoulder (instead of letting her hair fall down like Nayuki Minase's hair) with parts of her bangs at the middle where flows down the sides (just like Nayuki's hair), light blue eyes, she is slightly taller than Nayuki and she is usually seen smiling.

美坂香里

Kaori is a light-skinned young woman of average height with long, flowing dark brown hair that she leaves unbraided with hair parted at the middle where it hangs down the sides (just like Nayuki Minase) and light blue eyes.

ピロ

Piro (ピロ, Piro) is a stray Siamese cat that Nayuki finds and adores, despite her allergies. Later in the story, she becomes attached to Makoto who brings her home, where she is adopted by the Minase Household.
