Nakagawa is portrayed as the good-looking rich boy, acting as a male counterpart to his colleague Reiko. He has sideswept brown hair that reaches his neck at the back, and dark blue eyes in the anime series. In the manga series, he is typically depicted as having no prominent iris, making his eye colour appear to be black as a result.

Matoi Giboshi

Matoi has a dark shade of brown hair kept into a high short ponytail, bangs made up of five locks of hair with longer locks kept by the left and right sides of her face, and brown eyes. In comparison to most other female characters, her eyebrows are only slightly thicker and are shaped to arch a bit higher.

Konjiki no Yami

金色の闇

Konjiki no Yami (金色の闇, Golden Darkness), real name Eve, and mostly referred to by other characters as Yami, is a major character in To LOVE-Ru and To LOVE-Ru Darkness. She is a lonely assassin who is initially hired by Lacospo, one of Lala's arranged suitors, to kill Yuuki Rito. But when Lacospo effectively annuls the job, she decides to take her time and, under the pretense of still needing to complete her mission to kill Rito, stays on Earth. As she spends more time on Earth, she builds a very strong relationship with Rito's mature younger sister, Yuuki Mikan and to Rito himself, whom she also develops feelings for.
