Among the quiet villages and towns of 18th century Europe, demons known as the Ill hide within the most beautiful works of art, sparked to life by the torment of their creators. Attracted by their jewel-like allure, the unwary find themselves possessed by the Ill and driven to horrific acts of violence. Only the hunters of the Ciste Vihad can dispel the Ill. March is one such hunter, tracking the Ill from town to town to find the antiques that contain the demons before they can possess anyone. If the worst has come to pass, March's full powers are unleashed to battle the fiendish Ill. Born of tragedy, the artifacts all have their own tales to tell, as do each of their victims. But March's story may be the most tragic of all.

MAINMarch has short black hair and dark violet eyes and soft features. She conceals the fact that she is female and usually wears a large white jacket with a long black hood with fur inlining with stripped pants, black socks and black buckled shoes. The bell at the end of her hood jingles whenever a Ill is close by.

SUPPORTINGAs a child he and his mother were cast out for being thieves, his mother having lost her hand when caught in a theft. He hated the way they were treated but his mother never wanted him steal to live, wanting a better life for her son. He got so upset one day after having to return some bread he ran away and into town. He saw what seemed to be a butcher and followed him to the backroom of the shop. He got the idea to steal some meat but soon realized the meat were female remains and the heads on the table caused him to scream. He man appeared and gave chase to young Belma. He ran all the way home but the butcher followed him and attacked his mother. Out of anger he took the butcher's giant blade and cut him completely in half, but his mother was already dead from her wound, leaning against the veiled scarecrow.
