Tomoatsu Naoe (直江友厚, Naoe Tomoatsu) is a Physical Therapist at the Smiley Boar. He is dedicated to helping his clients attain their desired body, no matter who (or what) they are.

黒枝

Kuroeda (黒枝, Kuroeda) is a Dark Elf who also traveled to this world. She has the ability to wield magic and control Golems, an ability that has the side effect of increasing her body mass, primarily around her butt, because of this she can only control a single golem (when Naoe Tomoatsu first meets up with her) She has an instant rivalry with Elfuda, them being from different Elf tribes.

Satero had come to the human world to feed off human desires, she made Naoe Tomoatsu her prey to feed off of and when a Satyr chooses their prey they don't give them up without a fight and don't like to share, she possesses hypnotic powers and can disguise herself as a human woman, she's also is a fairly great cook though the food she cooks causes the eater's to gain extra weight, despite dressing in revealing clothing such as an apron and sexy underwear she's actually shy and gets embarrassed pretty easily, she freaked out and fled in embarrassment upon being stripped of her apron by Elfuda and being left naked in front of Tomoatsu (indicating she might still be a virgin), she vowed revenge against Elfuda however she only wishes to humiliate her and doesn't like violence.

Gonda has a nice plump and juicy body. She has light pink skin and pink hair with sharp eyes. She also has voluptuous features, including big breasts and a plump ass. She also has a dragon tail she hides under her clothes.

草花田

Kusahanada (草花田, Kusahanada) is a Mandragora, a plant that can take a human-like form. She spends her time tending to her plants, including the blossom on her head. When Naoe Tomoatsu had been visiting her regularly, he noticed that the blossom on her head had been getting bigger and bigger as a result of sunlight over-exposure, becoming heavier and worsening her posture. Because of this Naoe gifted her a back brace and an umbrella to aid her posture and keep the blossom on her head at a sutible size. If she drinks coffee she takes on a transformation, first her skin darkens to a gyaru pigment and the flower on her head turns into a Venus Flytrap and her personality becomes ditzy yet carnivorous fortunately the effects are only temporary.

猪野明穂

Akiho Ino (猪野明穂, Ino Akiho) is the manager of The Smiley B clinic, and Naoe's boss. She enjoys drinking and having fun with the group.

Mero (米路, Mero) is a Merrow(a type of Mermaid), who traveled to Earth. She maintains her human form by drinking MAXI-MAN IMPACT. However for some reason she can't swim in her human form, also she doesn't like salt water, she enjoys eating fish and speaks in an accent that she thinks suits her.

児穂

Kobo (児穂, Kobo) is a crafty and rude Kobold, who loves treasure and all things shiny, she was abandoned by her parents for an unknown reason and had been extorting candy and junkfood from kids to eat in exchange for letting them play in the park, she finds it frustrating when Oga treats her like a child despite being older than Oga herself.
