レイナ

Leina (レイナ originally incorrectly romanized as Reina) Vance is the middle daughter of the Vance family and heir to the Count's throne. She runs away from home to follow in her mother's footsteps as a warrior, making her own way in hopes of becoming stronger by entering the Queen's Blade Tournament.

トモエ

Tomoe (トモエ) is a priestess from Hinomoto who participates in the Queen's Blade tournament to protect her homeland, as seen in a revelation the head priestess had in her dream. Belonging to an ancient order of Shrine Priestesses on the island of Hinomoto, where the Mikado has fallen under the control of its corrupt administrators, Tomoe travels to the mainland to gain the power to save her homeland by winning the Queen's Blade Tournament.

シズカ

Shizuka (シズカ) is a friend and former enemy of Tomoe. Having left behind the evil ways of a Kouma Ninja, she now accompanies Tomoe and aids her on her quest to win the Queen's Blade.

リスティ

Risty (リスティ originally incorrectly romanized as Listy) is a thief with a heart of gold who steals from the rich and works as a mercenary to amass money, redirecting those funds toward food and shelter for orphans of war. Although many deem her a lowly thief, Risty insists she is the "Benevolent Bandit of the Wilderness."

メローナ

Melona is one of the four servants of The Swamp Witch and her strongest minion. She is a shape-shifter who can instantly change her body's form on a whim. Skilled in obtaining information and carrying out assassinations, she was presumably ordered to bring chaos to the Queen's Blade tournament.

カトレア

Cattleya (カトレア) was an adventurer in her youth but now manages a weapon-smithing shop. She is married to Owen (オーウェン), a fellow ex-adventurer, and has a son named Rana (ラナ). They live in Vosk, a village on the outskirts of Gainos. She enters the Queen's Blade Tournament to find Owen, who has gone missing.

クローデット

Claudette (クローデット) is the oldest daughter of the Vance family and a favorite for victory in the Queen's Blade Tournament. However, as an illegitimate child, she is not in line for the throne. Instead, she is expected to protect Leina and forced to struggle for her father's affection.

エリナ

Elina (エリナ) is the third daughter of Count Vance and his most loyal subject. She is a prominent Queen's Blade competitor who, under her father's orders, entered the tournament to find and bring back her older sister Leina.

ユーミル

Ymir is the daughter of the Dwarf King and the manager of his steel mills for the past fifty years. She has entered the Queen's Blade to prove that Dwarven weapons are superior, especially to those of her business rival Cattleya.
