沢羅貫
MAINRakan Sawa (沢羅貫, Sawa Rakan) is the primary protagonist of Silver Diamond. He is a 17-year old high schooler who was dragged to an alternate world, the Amato Empire, by Chigusa Senroh after discovering his abilities as a Sanome. Together with Chigusa Senroh, Narushige Shigeka, and Tohji Tohno, he travels to defeat the tyrant Prince of the Empire. It is later discovered that he is the younger twin brother to the Prince.
重華成重
MAINNarushige Shigeka (重華成重, Shigeka Narushige) is one of the four main protagonists of Silver Diamond. He is a 21 year old man who was born within the Shigeka Clan, a family which only bore women. He was known as the Ill Omen and people blamed his birth for the Amato Empire becoming its current disastrous state. He met Rakan and Chigusa by also being dropped into Rakan's backyard garden. He is one of Rakan's main protectors, from both harm and Chigusa.
歌支歌珞
SUPPORTINGUtaeda Karaku (歌支歌珞) was thrown away by her parents because of her peculiar ears, but Utaeda Souta (歌支沿歌) and Utaeda Kinue (歌支きぬえ) picked her up and raised her as their daughter. The humans around the neighborhood feared her because she can hear voices from afar and talk with immortal birds made from leaves and branches.
鈴守鈴蕾
SUPPORTINGSuzumori Rinrai (鈴守鈴蕾) is a woman from the Suzumori family. She passed away 200 years before Rakan and the rest visited. She was so worried about the Senroh she knew (who visited and died there 200 years ago) that she kept clinging to the Bell Tree even after death and turned into a spirit. She mistook Chigusa as the Senroh who she was worried about and attacked him as an evil spirit. However, thanks to the Bell Tree that Rakan regrew, the corrupt air was purified and she turned back into a peaceful ghost.
金弦金隷
SUPPORTINGHis childhood name was Kinrei (金令). He was the only one that can hear the Prince's voice, so his name was changed to Kinrei (金隷), the one who serves the Prince. He used the Prince as a tool to grant his own wish. However, when the Prince chose to die rather than to become his tool, Kinrei then saw the Prince as a living person rather than as a puppet that sprouted emotions that the latter didn't have until then. He made amends with the Prince and together, they fight against Rakan's group. He abandons the world that is coming to its end and aims to become superhuman. Chigusa remarks that even though Kinrei appears to be just a human right now, the latter's composition was strange when he was younger.
