Izark Kia Tarj is the main male protagonist of the From Far Away series. He is a young man with superhuman physical abilities considered otherworldly even by this world's standards. He spends his days wandering while earning a living as a traveling warrior, keeping closely guarded dark secret about himself.

Noriko Tachiki is the main protagonist of the From Far Away series and is the romantic partner of Izark Kia Tarj. After falling into a strange world by an inexplicable bomb explosion, she finds herself drawn into the a battle between good and evil as the Awakening, a being wanted by many countries for its prophesized ability to awaken and control the Sky Demon.

Rachef is a lord and ruler of the Free city of Rienka. Though he is young, he is a ruthlessly ambitious individual who will resort to any means to achieve his goal of making the world his own.

ケイモス・リー・ゴーダ

Keimos Lee Goda is one of Rienka's mercenaries lead by Agol Dena Ofa. His savagery in battle draws the attention of Rienka's ruler, Lord Rachef, who later rescues him and provides him the ultimate power to secure the Sky Demon.

ガーヤ·イル·ビスカ

Gaya Il Biska is the shopkeeper of a general store in an unnamed town of Zago. She was once a renowned swordfighter from the Gray Bird Tribe, and was Izark's tutor in the ways of the sword. She was briefly Noriko's guardian during the Tournament Arc.

バラゴ

Barago is a supporting character and minor dynamic character from the Tournament. He was once one of Nada top three prized fighters who was discarded following a double defeat by Izark. Following the Tournament Arc, he become a invaluable companion and friend to Izark and Noriko. By the end, he regains his sense of self and seeks to help others from following his previous ways of life.

アゴル・デナ・オーファ

Agol Dena Ofa is a mercenary from the Free City of Rienka. Under the orders of Lord Rachef, he led a search team for The Awakening, but was unable to find it. While searching for clues in Zago with his daughter, Geena, he meets Noriko and her friends. Due to his long-held skepticism of Rachef's policies, he does not hesitate to help Noriko and join her group.

ジーナハース

Geena is the only child and surviving relative of Agol Dena Ofa. Having lost her eyesight, she seemingly developed powers such as extrasensory perception and precognition.

イルクツーレ

Irkule is the spirit of a Morning Mist tree that grows deep within the White Mist Forest, located near the border between Zago and Guzena. He helps Noriko and her group when they are trapped by an evil darkness in the forest. Most times, he can only be seen by Noriko.

ドロス

Doros is a kind and socially awkward Chimo breeder previously employed by Rachef. He first appears at the end of the Mokumen Arc, having been summoned by Tazasheena's chimo. Following the slaughter of alomst all of his chimos, he abandons Rachef's cause and aids Noriko and Izark from then on. He settles in Ennamarna as a stockman and breeder.
