The 9th Desert

The world has been ravaged by a great war one thousand years ago and turned into a desert wilderness. A hunter, Mao lives in the first desert known as the "Water Nation" hunting holy beasts made of water known as "Hydra" to eke out a living and survive in the harsh climate. One day he comes across an ancient relic in an oasis, and realizes it contains a recording from his long lost father. His father beckons him via recorded message to come to the land that is the origin of the world.

Determined to follow in his father's footsteps, the boy sets off and a journey unfurls before him, leading to the unseen "Ninth Desert"!!
