近衛刀太

As an immortal, Touta's physical appearance has barely changed from the time of his transformation two years before the series' beginning. He bears some resemblance to his great-grandfather in his youth, but the traits common of the Konoe family are present as well. Touta is notably short in stature, his vampirism most likely having stunted or altogether halted his growth, and has spiky black hair and dark brown eyes. Despite his youthful appearance, Touta has a very muscular build, particularly his biceps. His common attire is that of a red T-shirt, dark jacket, worn with the sleeves rolled up, as well as dark pants and shoes.

時坂九郎丸

Although, at first, she identified herself as male, Kurōmaru is genderless (meaning that she neither has male or female sexes due to her demonic lineage as part of the Yatagarasu, who remains genderless until their 16th birthday, whereupon she choose to become either male or female).

Asuna is a young girl with thigh-length orange hair that is tied twin tails by two bell ribbons and she has a condition called heterochromia iridum: a left blue eye and a right sea-green eye.

Yue is a young woman with long braided purple hair and eyes. She wears a black witch hat with bandages raped around it, a white long sleeve button up shirt, black pants and brown shoes.

結城夏凛

Karin has short black hair and black eyes. When on missions, she wears a school uniform, but when seen outside of battle, she wears a maid outfit. She has a developed, toned body and has a tattoo in the back with the roman numeral "XIII" under a star in between what appears to be wings. Karin is usually seen with a long hammer and a sword placed horizontally across her lower back.

After farewelling from her best friend Asuna Kagurazaka who chose to be sealed away for 100 years to delay the destruction of Inverse Mars and graduating from Mahora, Ayaka became the leader of the Yukihiro Conglomerate, providing assistance to Negi in completing his Blue Mars project to save the magical world.

飴屋 一空

Ikkuu's appearance is that of a young tall man. He sports blonde spiky hair of medium length kept in a ponytail on the back of his head, with locks of hair covering the sides of his face in the front. His attire consists of light-colored shirt, dark tie and dark-colored pants. He is also seen wearing a white lab coat and shod in slippers.

アルビレオ・イマ

Despite being a relatively long-lived man, Albireo has the appearance of a youthful man in early adulthood. He has pale skin, slim feature and long, dark blue hair which is tied into a long ponytail. As with many mages, Albiero wears a long, pale robe, he appearing to be sharp-dressed, wearing a suit that is not entirely visible beneath the robe. What can be seen shows dark clothing that covers his neck, worn beneath a white shirt. His pants are a similar dark hue, with black boots.
