壱原侑子

When CLAMP was designing Yūko, they wanted to create a character who was "aware of CLAMPverse in its entirety." Her character was based on the group's beautician who did their manicures. Deciding on Yūko's design was difficult; Ohkawa commented, "I could describe with words the image of her in my head, but we took a lot of time to decide how her facial features were going to be like."

四月一日君尋

Kimihiro Watanuki (四月一日 君尋, Watanuki Kimihiro) is the main character of the CLAMP series XxxHOLiC. He is almost always referred to by his last name, Watanuki.

百目鬼静

Doumeki is depicted as a tall young man with a serious disposition. It is pointed out several times by Watanuki and those trying to annoy Watanuki, that Doumeki is quite a bit taller than him. He has short dark hair and a narrow face.

九軒ひまわり

Himawari is the crush of Kimihiro Watanuki. She is seemingly unaware of his crush. She often cheers him on and teases him over his relationship with Shizuka Dōmeki. She shares food of hers with Watanuki and Dōmeki, but it is never food she made herself. This is a re-occuring gag in the series, where Watanuki always assumes that she was the one who made it.

ファイ・D・フローライト

Fai D. Flourite (ファイ・D・フローライト, Fay D. Furōraito) is a character in the manga Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle by acclaimed manga artist group CLAMP.

五月七日小羽

Her first name in kanji is translated as "small feathers" and her last name literally means May 7th. Kohane is a powerful exorcist; she is first introduced in the ninth volume of the manga. She is best friends with Watanuki, Doumeki, and Himawari.

百目鬼遥

Haruka Doumeki (百目鬼 遥, Dōmeki Haruka) is the deceased grandfather of Shizuka Doumeki and a former Shinto priest who lived in the temple where Doumeki now lives and taught him many of his practices. He died some time ago, but is mentioned in Doumeki's stories. The cause of his death has not been stated. He taught his grandson various stories about folklore, mythology and religious practices. He also kept a great library that is now under Doumeki's care.

猫娘

Rin (凛) is a young woman who was once one of Yuko's customers. She has claimed to be 21 and 22 years old on two separate occasions, but her actual age (told by her coworkers) is about 28.
