壱原侑子

When CLAMP was designing Yūko, they wanted to create a character who was "aware of CLAMPverse in its entirety." Her character was based on the group's beautician who did their manicures. Deciding on Yūko's design was difficult; Ohkawa commented, "I could describe with words the image of her in my head, but we took a lot of time to decide how her facial features were going to be like."

四月一日君尋

Kimihiro Watanuki (四月一日 君尋, Watanuki Kimihiro) is the main character of the CLAMP series XxxHOLiC. He is almost always referred to by his last name, Watanuki.

百目鬼静

Doumeki is depicted as a tall young man with a serious disposition. It is pointed out several times by Watanuki and those trying to annoy Watanuki, that Doumeki is quite a bit taller than him. He has short dark hair and a narrow face.

九軒ひまわり

Himawari is the crush of Kimihiro Watanuki. She is seemingly unaware of his crush. She often cheers him on and teases him over his relationship with Shizuka Dōmeki. She shares food of hers with Watanuki and Dōmeki, but it is never food she made herself. This is a re-occuring gag in the series, where Watanuki always assumes that she was the one who made it.
