Yumeiro Patissiere

天野いちご

Ichigo Amano (天野いちご Amano Ichigo) is the fourteen year old main protagonist of Yumeiro Patissiere who acquired her love of sweets from her late grandmother's desserts and has no particular talent. One day, after meeting the talented Henri Lucas at a local sweets festival, Ichigo convinces her parents to let her attend the St. Marie Academy, a culinary school dedicated to honing the cooking skills of future pâtissières and Ichigo's dream of making sweets finally seems to be coming true. However, as she’s only armed with a positive attitude and no real cooking skills, Ichigo quickly finds herself at the bottom of the class. Luckily, she soon meets Vanilla, a sweets spirit who was there to help Ichigo reach her full potential. Alongside her good friend, Rumi Kato, and the three Princes of Sweets; Makoto Kashino, Sennosuke Andou, and Satsuki Hanabusa she gains the confidence and skill to work towards becoming a professional pâtissière.

樫野真

Makoto Kashino (樫野真 Kashino Makoto) is one of the three male leads in Yumeiro Patissiere. His dream is to become a first class chocolatier like his uncle.

three main male leads in the show Yumeiro Patissiere. His dream is to work together with his widow mother, an artist in Ikebana, or flower arranging; who is also a teacher at St. Marie Academy for the high school students.

安堂千乃介

Sennosuke Andou (安堂千乃介 Andou Sennosuke) is one of the "Sweets Princes" of the school, who specializes in Japanese sweets. His dream is to open his own sweets shop next to his family's confectionery, selling sweets that blend Japanese and Western tastes together.

バニラ

Vanilla is Ichigo Amano's Sweet Spirit partner. She, along with Chocolat, Caramel and Cafe are aiming to become Court Patissieres. Vanilla's specialty is vanilla or batter-based desserts, just like her name.

ショコラ

Chocolat is Makoto Kashino's Sweet Spirits. She, along with Vanilla, Caramel and Cafe, are aiming to become a Court Patissiere/ Patissier. She is skilled with chocolate. Chocolat has a competitive spirit, but is easily frightened. Chocolat is a classic example of tsundere character, who shares various traits with Kashino, and they are very much alike. She is the first Spirit we meet other than Vanilla. Chocolat has long-brown, straight hair, and wears a brown and red maid dress. She, and Marron, are the only Sweet Spirits to have a fork, instead of a spoon. It also seems that she has a crush on Kasshi, a sweets spirit that shows a similar appearance and behavior to Kashino.

小城美夜

Koshiro Miya is the daughter of the president who owns "Chateau Seika," a company famous for its sweets and chocolates. Since she is rich and powerful, like she said herself, she is willing to get whatever she wants with the power of her father's company. Despite her love for Kashino Makoto, and him rejecting her love for him, she does not give up easily and keeps moving until she gets him. She thinks of Amano Ichigo as her rival for Kashino's affections. She soon has a sweets spirit named Marron. She loves Kashino Makoto because all her life everyone lied about how her sweets tasted but Kashino told the truth.

アンリ・リュカス

Henri Lucas (アンリ・リュカス Anri Ryukasu) is the grandson of Marie Lucas (the founder of St. Marie Academy), a world-class patissier and the Master that recruited Ichigo Amano, Mari Tennouji and Francois Adjani.

ハニー

Honey is Mari Tennouji's Sweet Spirit. She is called "Honey-sama" (Lady Honey) by other Sweets Spirits. She specializes in Honey.

She collects Sweets Cards from the sweets the spirits bake with their human friends. In the manga, Marie and the queen are both named Marie, in fact, sharing the same name is what started their friendship and eventually gave birth to the whole partnership system between humans and Sweets Spirits.
