While looking for Nyame, Hajime Sharaku and Tatsumi Tatsunami find a floating box. Paiun comes out of it and gives them a black cube. Tatsumi wonders if the alien is dangerous, but Hajime identifies the species being friendly and from minor planet code E2-8049. The alien then taps the black cube and a statue-like creature appears. As its trying to relay some message, Hajime uses a translator. As they translate the message, they learn there is an assassination plot and this individual is related to government official from planet Barubapa, and this is a request to protect it accordance with Outer Space Law. Hajime then states they got a major case and will look good if they solve it. Nyame comes out and explains that this is Princess Paiun, and he is her butler. They had to fled from their home planet, and is sure that when the time is right, they will come for them. However, since Paiun is the Seventh Princess, it may take some time. Pauin ends up biting Tatsumi by the head and Nyame explains that she is expressing affection. Nyame explains that there is a problem and they need to hide, as the galaxy's most skilled assassin is after her life. The assassin then shows up and Nyame recognizes the attacker as the assassin, who had already killed three of the royal family, and is known as Ninotachi Twin Blades. Ninotachi reveals that the motherplanet is already a colony and the butler knows it. His mission is to end the royal line, to prevent any attempts for revenge. No one is coming for the princess and all of her family has been executed already. Nyame tells Paiun to not listen to him. Ninotachi states that if they keep her alive, more assassins like him will come and she is better off dead. Tatsumi also tells Paiun to ignore him. Paiun then climbs on his head and bites him while crying.

Ninotachi attacks Hajime Sharaku, however, Hajime had already notices him and dodges easily. Nyame recognizes Ninotachi, who had already killed three of the royal family. Ninotachi attacks again, Hajime attempts to block, but sees how the sword disappears and passes his block and then appears again, however, he manages to react and dodge the blade. Ninotachi is surprised that Hajime managed to evade the attack as only one in hundred can do it. Ninotachi then starts to activate his equipment. Hajime notes that its similar to their equipments as it has the same tech base. As he can get a chance to learn about how equipment works, Hajime changes his mind and tells Tatsumi to stay. Ninotachi states that Earthlings are ignorant, but if they disrespect him, he can't easily forgive them. Hajime states that he is ignorant and is underestimating him, and Tatsumi doesn't know anything, so he will be using Ninotachi to instruct Tatsumi. That angers Ninotachi, who shoots out a beam from his sword handle. Surprised, Hajime still manages to dodge by deactivating his equipment.

Hajime and Tatsumi meet with Shuji, the Foreign Affairs 5 Site Supervisor Chief, at an incident site and Shuji notes that Hajime is late. The researcher Shizuchiyo Mieno explains that the lockdown was completed 72 minutes ago within 100-meters of the incident, and agents are gathering information and erasing memories. Hajime decides to take a look and sees an octopus-like alien coming out of a human. Hajime activates his equipment and tries attacking it, but the alien runs away and hides in a factory.

Fukusuke approaches Tatsumi and wonders if the scar on his head is from the implant procedure and if its affects his right arm, since its on the left side of his brain. Ginji Inase asks Tatsumi to forgive Fukusuke as they don't meet implantees everyday

Yumeko acts unusual, and Hajime wonders if she is in a bad mood, and Ginji explains that they finally got a new guy and she is trying to act superior. Yumeko wants Tatsumi to follow her, to see if he has what it takes to work there. Ginji notes that she doesn't like him since he is Hajime's buddy. On the roof, Yumeko challenges Tatsumi and they have a quick match. When Tatsumi releases his implantee and cause her to retreat and Hajime to stop the fight, Ginji wonders if Tatsumi will be able to stop, but Hajime states he already instructed him on how to stop.
