哀川和彦

Widely regarded as the best high school player in Japan, he led Mizuho to the national championship title after defeating his former team, Tendōji, in the Inter–High final. After the tournament, Aikawa retires from the team and left for the United States.

森高麻衣

She is a close friend of Mutsumi Akiyoshi and is romantically involved with Kazuhiko Aikawa of the boys' team. Aikawa nicknames her "Pony" because of her long, ponytail-like hair when he first saw her.

秋吉夢津美

During the Kanto Regional Qualifiers for the Winter Cup, she struggled to perform in the quarter-final match against Seia Girls' Academy due to overwhelming emotional turmoil, which led to repeated fouls. Consequently, Himuro excluded her from the starting lineup in the subsequent game. However, after Fujiwara confided in her prior to the final, she regained her composure, delivered an outstanding performance, and ultimately led Mizuho to victory.

三浦蘭丸

Miura has a calm and quiet personality. Despite his composed demeanor, he is highly competitive and possesses a fierce fighting spirit. While he maintains a cool-headed and composed image both on and off the court, moments of doubt occasionally reveal his inner unease.

氷室恭子

She has a well-proportioned figure. Interestingly, in ACT1, her appeal seemed to focus more on her legs than her bust, with relatively modest exposure. However, in ACT2, her exposure increased significantly. Notably, in the character introduction section of the manual for Dear Boys: Fast Break!, a PS2 game released by Konami, she is explicitly described as a "sexy coach."

杏崎沙斗未

She knows Fujiwara and Miura since their junior high days. She enjoys basketball and was a point guard for the girls' team in junior high. However, due to a bad leg injury, she is no longer able to play basketball. Aside from being a manager, she is also a coach in another way.

石井努

Ishii is extremely short-tempered and hot-blooded by nature. This fiery personality drives him to demonstrate unyielding determination even against overwhelming opponents, but it can also lead to self-destructive plays, such as racking up fouls out of frustration. Due to such tendencies, he was seen as a liability for the team up until his sophomore year at the Kanto Rookie Tournament. However, after rigorous training, his skills grew rapidly, and by his senior year at the Inter–High, he had even taken on the role of encouraging his nervous underclassmen, showing significant growth in mental resilience.

保科唯人

He used to play street basketball with his friends, but they were scouted by the coach, Yūsaku Iijima, and he joined the Honmoku East High's basketball team. As a senior, Hoshina participated in the Kanagawa Inter–High Preliminary but failed to qualify his team for the Inter-High. He was selected as one of the top five players in the competition.

土橋健二

Dobashi had a rather chubby build, but he overcame his overweight condition through dieting and has maintained his current physique since.
