八王子直人

Naoto Hachiouji (八王子 直人, Hachiōji Naoto) is one of the two main characters of the Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series. He is a high school student who constantly gets teased by Nagatoro, the other main character, who always refers to him as "Senpai" (センパイ). He is an introvert, twitchy, loner, nerdy and shy aspiring artist, who tries to avoid social interaction with other people and doesn't seem to have any friends although, as the story progresses, he bonds with Gamo-chan, Yoshi, Sakura and Nagatoro herself, for whom he also harbors strong feelings and who eventually became his girlfriend. Senpai is the only remaining member of the art club beside the former President and later Sunomiya. During the final chapters he managed to enter Tokyo University of the Arts.

ヨッシー

"Yoshi" (ヨッシー, Yosshī) is a supporting character of the Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series. She is a high school student and one of Nagatoro's friends. Yoshi is a simple-minded and somewhat childlike air-headed girl as well as a sort of sidekick within the 'cool kids' clique, which Gamo-chan, Sakura and Nagatoro herself are part of. She usually imitates or repeats her friends' gestures or last words and follows around Gamo-chan, helping whatever schemes she has in mind, especially teasing Senpai.

長瀞 大河

Taiga Nagatoro (長瀞 大河, Nagatoro Taiga) is a minor character of the Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series. He is Hayase Nagatoro's older brother and Misaki Nagatoro's younger brother, his family's second child - albeit the only male - and Gamo-chan's love interest. Despite coming off like a yankī, Taiga is an easygoing, friendly, and relaxed guy who shares a very close relationship with his younger sister and is quite protective toward her, although he also sometimes teases her like their older sister do. Taiga is as well largely responsible for teaching Nagatoro many of her martial arts skills.

シッキー

Shiki (志木, Shiki), better known as "Shikki" (シッキー, Shikkī), is a background character of the Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series. She is a high school student and a schoolmate of Nagatoro and her friends regarded as one of the best members of the school's judo club. Shikki has held a grudge to the protagonist for years due to considering her a "quitter" for having left the sport, thus often being very harsh to her despite, deep down, greatly respecting Nagatoro; they began mending their relationship after the latter returned to the club. Later in the story, Shikki is appointed as the new judo club head.
