佐々木ドラ
MAINDora Sasaki (佐々木ドラ, Sasaki Dora) is the main protagonist of Doron Dororon. His dream is to become a Samurai thanks to the encouragement of his Mother, who unfortunately was killed by the Hanya Gyuuki. He sadly could not become a Samurai because of him having no Supernatural Energy, but thanks to Kusanagi he can finally fight the Mononoke he despises so much.
柳生ギンチヨ
MAINGinchiyo Yagyu (柳生ギンチヨ) is a samurai trooper from the Izanagi Force. She does her job extremely well and is considered to be the cream of the crop in the Corps. She enlists the help of Dora Sasaki and Kusanagi to further her career, and seems to wanna catch up to samurai officer, Yujin Yagyu.
雲林院ヘイスケ
SUPPORTINGHeisuke Ujii (氏家 平祐, Ujiie Heisuke) is a Samurai Officer of the Izanagi Force. He is also the top-ranking mononoke eliminator at headquarters for two years running.
細川るい
SUPPORTINGRui is an average height female. Her hair has two long bangs on the sides of her face, and is tied back with spiked hair strands arc to the side. Each part of her hair (left, right and back) are dyed different colors(green, pink, and grey). She also wears eyeliner and has long colored nails. She has light red eyes.
戸田冬馬
SUPPORTINGTouma has short cut light colored hair, which is styled to spike upwards. As a samurai for the Izanagi Force, he is seen wearing their uniform.
