白銀

Shirogane is a tall and beautiful pale-skinned young man with ankle-length silver hair that he keeps into a single braid held together by a gold clip with bangs swept to the left side while there are medium-length hair strands on either side, blue eyes, a single blue stud in each ear and he wears makeup that include peach lipstick and what appears to be mascara despite being a male.

二海堂昶

Akira Nikaidō (二海堂 昶 Nikaidō Akira) is the main protagonist of Monochrome Factor. He is a teenager in his second year of high school who is also the reincarnation of Ryuko, a counterpart to Shirogane.

浅村賢吾

Kengo Asamura (浅村 賢吾, Asamura Kengo) is a classmate and friend of Akira Nikaido. He is the younger brother of Mayu Asamura.

鈴野綾

Aya is a teenage girl of average height with shoulder-length messy black hair that is clipped together by two pink hair clips on the left side and brown eyes.

洸

A 25-year-old man. Kou has various piercings on his ears and wears wire frame glasses. Messy black hair tops his head. He has purple eyes but they become a gold color with an almost cat-like slit when he goes into his Rei form. In the manga, Kou can also transform into a big white wolf with two black markings either side of his body.

焔緋

Homurabi appears to be a tall, lean-built young man. True to his name, he has long, red hair. He also has green eyes and a diamond tattoo on his forehead.

ルル

Lulu is a childish and playful girl who is also flirtatious around Akira Nikaidō, and possible because of this, automatically expresses a dislike for Aya Suzuno that she often makes fun of her, such as calling her 'gorilla woman' or 'small breasts'.

澤木

Sawaki has long blonde hair, which he keeps tied up in a thick black ribbon. His eyes are commonly debated between being blue or violet/purple. He wears semi-victorian clothes; a high collar long sleeved zip-up shirt with grey trimming and a brown vest underneath a black trench coat. He also wears black leather gloves, black shoes, and brown pants. He's usually stoic but smirks when amused. He's 190 cm (6 feet 2 inches) and 80 kg (176 pounds).

氷瀏

Hiryu (氷瀏) is one of the five children of Homurabi. However, it is later revealed that she is made by Ryūko and holds his memories.

七夜,

Nanaya is a slim, yet tall and fairly muscular man. He has extremely pale skin, gold eyes and short, blue hair. One of his eyes are covered with an eye patch, and beneath the eye patch he has several scars running down his face. He also has various piercings on his ears and two piercings on his left eyebrow. He usually wears a tight, high collar, black tank top underneath a blue parka. He also wears black pants and brown boots.
