沢田綱吉

The only child of Iemitsu Sawada and Nana Sawada, he is also a descendant of Giotto, the first generation boss of the Vongola Famiglia. His life impacted by many, Tsuna would interact with an all manner of characters from Kyoko Sasagawa the girl he admires, her brother Ryohei Sasagawa the captain of the boxing club, to Haru Miura from a different school. Those such as Lambo and I-Pin would come into his world among many other characters.

雲雀恭弥

Kyoya Hibari, commonly referred to as Hibari, is the leader of the Namimori Middle Disciplinary Committee, a group of delinquents who are all loyal to him. He was nominated and accepted as the tenth generation Cloud Guardian of the Vongola Famiglia. He is often seen napping on the rooftop of Namimori Middle School, alongside Hibird.

獄寺隼人

Raised in the Mafia world and familiar with Reborn, he is the younger half-brother of Bianchi. Skilled with using dynamite, Gokudera is sure to make use of this tremendously beneficial asset in combat. His battling capabilities would be enhanced further on acquiring box weapons, namely his Flame Arrow. A rocket launcher like weapon, Gokuedera could rely on that among other resources. While exceptionally smart, Gokudera also has an interest in the supernatural creatures.

リボーン

Sent by Vongola Nono, he is a member of the Mafia and renowned for a multitude of reasons. Though in the form of a baby, Reborn holds the title of The World's Strongest Hitman. An Arcobaleno, he is the holder of the Yellow Arcobaleno Pacifier. Acquainted with many, particularly assassins such as Bianchi, and Dino, where he is also familiar with Tsuna's dad, Iemitsu Sawada, Reborn can bring in others for his often incomprehensible escapades.

Where Reborn is training Tsuna to become the next head of the Mafia, he is happy to partake in what he thinks are fun-filled games. Capable of excelling in such trials at any rate and enjoying the antics all the while, Yamamoto also shows his dedication to wielding a katana sword, as his dad did. His Shigure Kintoki developed techniques bolster his fighting style. Yamamoto was chosen to be the Tenth Generation Rain Guardian of the Vongola Famiglia.

六道骸

A Trident weapon Mukuro uses is all the more damaging in that it can lead to possession of the target he patiently attempts to stab. The Six Paths of Reincarnation afford him a range of powers in a battle, not just illusionary ones. The danger of Mukuro also lies in his friendly demeanour during his initial interactions, where he does come across as charismatic to others. The devotion for him affords Mukuro a backing to assist in his goals. His intelligence is another asset, and collectively it took little effort for Mukuro to be one of the few who could defeat Kyoya Hibari, with ease as well.

ランボ

Thinking of himself as a good hitman, Lambo refers to himself in third person as "Lambo-san." Fond of grenades, Lambo is more than occasionally struck by his own rebounding weapons he wantonly deploys. Looked after by Tsuna's mom, Nana Sawada, each Famiglia member takes turns caring for him, with the exceptions of Hayato Gokudera and Reborn who consider him to be overly annoying and stupid. Accordingly he is referred to as stupid cow. While treated well by those such as Takeshi Yamamoto, he is still his rambunctious self around others. In particular Lambo amuses himself with another baby-like assassin, I-Pin.

クローム・髑髏

As Chrome's organs are formed by illusions created by Mukuro, should this link be compromised her life would rapidly be in peril. When Chrome appears in the manga and anime among other media, she considers her new circumstances as well as what she is able to do to help those she can. Chrome served as Mukuro's vessel and connection to the world outside the Vindice Prison until he was released. Her devotion to someone who saved her life would be an asset and liability.
