日代千鶴

Chizuru Hishiro (日代 千鶴, Hishiro Chizuru) was one of the classmates of Arata Kaizaki at Aoba High School during his ReLIFE experiment. Although she is very smart and always gets one of the highest scores in her grade, she is very bad at communicating and lacks social skills which is why she is always alone.

海崎新太

Arata Kaizaki (海崎 新太 Kaizaki Arata) is the protagonist of the story and an initial 27-year old NEET. He had been unable to get employed anywhere since quitting his first company after only three months. His hopeless lifestyle took a turn when he was invited to become the Test Subject No. 002 in the Kanto Branch of the ReLIFE program under the watchful eye of Ryō Yoake to change his life for the better. With the help of a mysterious pill, his appearance was reverted to a 17-year old and he had to attend high school as a transfer student for one year. Throughout his life at the high school, due to experiencing youth again, he forms unforgettable bonds, learns to cope with his past and develops as a person. All of this gave back the self-confidence he had lost, so he was able to succeed his experiment and get his feet back in society again.

小野屋杏

An Onoya (小野屋 杏 Onoya An) is a third-year student at Aoba High School, the school Arata Kaizaki attends after he becomes a teenager, and she is a transfer student like him as well.

狩生玲奈

Rena Kariu (狩生 玲奈, Kariu Rena), later Rena Ōga (大神 玲奈 Ōga Rena) in Vol.15 Chapter 222.5, is Arata Kaizaki's classmate who sits beside him after he became a teenager, a member of the girls volleyball club at Aoba High School and the girlfriend of Kazuomi Ōga who later becomes his wife at the end of the manga.

Kazuomi Ōga (大神 和臣 Ōga Kazuomi) is a third-year student at Aoba High School, and a close classmate of Arata Kaizaki after he became a teenager. He is very smart and always gets the highest score among the boys in his grade, which is why he is recurringly selected as the class representative. This, along with his appearance, contrasts with his poor athletic ability and denseness when it comes to romance.

天津心

Kokoro is a light-skinned young woman short brown hair that is usually tied in a short ponytail with it is parted in the middle with a few stay hairs framing her face on one side, brown eyes and she has a slim, short stature.

朝地信長

Nobunaga acts like a mother figure to Honoka Tamarai and Akira Inukai in Aoba High School where he's always there to assist the students who got hurt in some activities and he has a very gentle personalty, despite being strong and good at sports.

As the school nurse, Sumire has a caring personality for all her students who also seems to be good at reading the atmosphere which was shown when she stopped Kokoro Amatsu from blurting out sentences that might hurt Rena Kariu and Honoka Tamarai when Rena's leg was injured.

西屋敷華

Hana is girl of slightly above average height with long blonde hair that she usually leaves free with bangs covering only part of her forehead and small grey eyes.
