Keiji (ケイジ, Keiji) is the main protagonist of Rooster Fighter and its anime adaptation. Following the death of his sister, Keiji processes to wander around Japan to find the demon who killed her, while defeating various mutant demons among the way, and making alliances with others along the way: the chick Piyoko, the hen Elizabeth with Keiji had a one-night stand with, a kind-hearted Demon named Morio, and Keiji's half-brother Keisuke.

ピヨ子

Piyoko was originally raised by a yakuza member who intended to sell her along with other chicks. She instead became a beloved pet. After witnessing her owner transform into a mutant demon, she watched Keiji defeat and save him. Moved by his strength and chivalrous spirit, she decided to follow him on his journey.

エリザベス

Elizabeth Yonesaka is a black hen who initially set out to destroy all demons after seeing the destruction one caused to her town. After meeting Morio, she decided that not all demons are bad. Elizabeth comes from a wealthy family, and through her father, has access to a laboratory where she can design tools to be built. Elizabeth is proficient with technology, able to use a cell phone and her AI assistant, Sophia for a wide array of tasks. Her primary means of combat is an electrically-charged baton.

ケイスケ

Keisuke (ケイジ, Keisuke) Keisuke is a major character in the action-comedy manga and anime series Rooster Fighter by Shū Sakuratani. He is Keiji's younger, crested half-brother who joins him on his quest to rescue their father.
