Her skill initially catches the eyes of trainers as a potential star at the academy, where most of the students are either lackadaisical, unserious, or simply too unskilled to have a competitive future.

Originally hailing from the countryside, she enrolled in Tracen Academy after dominating the racing scene back home. She works hard to make her hometown proud, but try as she might, her clumsy side always comes out. At the academy, she's known as a fearsome gourmand, able to empty an entire pot of rice in the blink of an eye.

Norn Ace harbors a jealous streak and an inferiority complex due to her own acknowledgement of her lack of talent. She is known for being fast in her hometown, but is aware that she isn’t good enough to win against more talented umamusume like Fujimasa March and Oguri Cap, her assigned roommate at Kasamatsu Tracen Academy. Her jealousy of Oguri Cap’s talent is one of the reasons why she initially bullies her, teaming up with Rudy Lemono and Mini The Lady, but all of her efforts to bully Oguri fall completely flat, as Oguri at no point realizes Norn and the others are trying to torment her.

Rudy Lemono is an umamusume with long blonde hair, ears, and a blonde tail. She wears a blue and white scrunchie around her left ear, and a blue and white letterman jacket with carrots printed on either side. She wears brown loafers with no visible socks.

Yamamo Thousand is an Umamusume with plum-colored eyes and chin-length hair. Additionally, she wears a kanzashi near her right ear which appears to resemble an upside-down hyacinth, with green leaves and purple petals. She wears the standard Kasamatsu Tracen Academy uniform.
