In a remote mountain village under the watchful eyes of two stone guardians, the young Yuru contentedly lives off the land while staying close to the only family he has left—Asa, his precious twin sister. MAINHe's Asa's older twin. He's a sixteen-year-old boy who was raised in a village deep in the mountains. Of the twins separated by day and night, he is the "night" twin so he is destined to have the power of Seal.
アサ
MAINAsa is a young woman with a stern expression. She is tall, even taller than her brother Yuru, which she attributes to having access to more nutritious food growing up. She has long black hair with bangs hanging over the right side of her face, crimson eyes (a feature shared with her twin), fair skin, and a mole on the left side of her chin. She wears an eyepatch over her right eye.

SUPPORTINGAzami is a short girl. Initially, she wore old-fashioned clothes, but after coming to live with Yuru's group in the lowlands, she began to wear more casual clothing.
