After falling into Tokyo Underworld, he's known as The Special Grade Felon due to his rank as a special grade and was also the vice commander of the guilty army during the Honnoji Temple Hell. Some time later it is revealed that Yomi is an executioner named Tsukuyomi (つくよみ, Tsukuyomi).
神田ヤミ
MAINAlonside his twin brother, Yami was a student in Daiba High School. It's later revealed that Yami is Nagi Kanda's only legitimate son.
才川ハイネ
MAINShe is Enra's niece who, together with him, fell to Tokyo Underworld when she was a child. Unlike her uncle, Haine was able to escape, however she acquired a fear of the Tokyo Tower.
